First Aid Beauty Fab Faves To Go, Dry Skin? Review

I suffer with a vast amount of skincare woes. I have the most trouble in finding a product that works for me and that’s a product that combats dry flaky skin

They say for healthier skin drinking lots of  water is a must, but that’s the problem i do drink quiet a good amount of water and still have trouble with dry skin. And a even more major problem when applying foundation it really doesn’t look right, very cakey, flaky dry looking i love makeup but with my skin being so awful i really hate applying foundation sometimes

Ive tried brands that include

Clinique, Clarins, Sarah Champan, Ole Henriksen

They are very well known brands and quiet good ones in fact but dont really work for me and my troubled skin. I feel like im at the end of trying sometimes, until i came across another brand called ”First Aid Beauty”

I saw a great Youtube friend of mine using it and i was super excited as i heard great reviews also

”Perfect for those exposed to harsh weather or living with severely dry skin, the First Aid Beauty delivers an unrivalled hydrating experience, helping to alleviate and visibly improve dry and scaly skin. Thick, rich and non-greasy, the emollient formula soothes agitated skin by penetrating deep down and immediately relieving distressed skin. Fortified with shea butter, colloidal oatmeal and soothing eucalyptus oil, the cream with added antioxidant booster and ceramides improves the natural barrier function of skin whilst helping to relieve irritation and itching caused by eczema. Defends from free radical damage and is suitable to use all over the body and face”

I bought my set from BeautyBay you can get yours here

at £17.60 i really could not miss this at such a great price as its original RRP is £22.00

Face Cleanser 56.7g

”Gently cleanses the skin, removes surface oils, make up, dirt and grime. Its whipped texture transforms into a rich cream when blended with water. It is infused with a powerful botanical antioxidant blend that works hard to scavenge free radicals. Allantoin and Aloe Vera Leaf Extract work to heal and soothe, whilst the FAB Antioxidant booster combats free radicals. Glycerin moisturises and gives barrier protection”

Exfoliating 28 Pads

”A gentle renewal treatment, these pads brighten, tone and exfoliate the skin with just the right amount of lactic and glycolic acids to make them safe and effective for daily use. Cucumber and Indian gooseberry tone the skin, while lemon peel and liquorice root leave the skin bright and glowing”

Ultra Repair Cream 56.7g

”Delivers exceptional hydration and protection with no greasy petroleum. With the help of Colloidal Oatmeal, Shea Butter, and Eucalyptus Oil Ultra Repair Cream provides immediate relief and visible improvement for distressed skin suffering from psoriasis, eczema and dermatitis. Ultra Repair Cream can be used all over the body and on the face. This cream hydrates, calms and smoothes skin, whilst improving the skins natural barrier function. It helps to relieve minor skin irritation and itching due to eczema and other conditions”

Ived used this system for about a week so far and im loving the results. I haven’t broken out in any crazy sized spots just a few here and there but thats to be expected as its drawing all the muck that’s left underneath my skin to the surface, breaking out on some skincare isn’t deemed bad its a good sign

The packaging is quiet cute and would make a lovely gift for anyone who is in need of some Skin TLC

My Makeup looks much better since ive been using this and its the perfect skin care that ive ever used so for and for the price of £17.00 you cant really go wrong super happy with results i totally recommended anyone with dry, parched and flaky skin

Do you suffer from dry skin or know any good brands comment below

  1. I’ve been using the Kueshi toner from this month’s Glossybox followed by Embryolisse. It’s got mineral oil in it but I’ve not had any reaction to it, and it seems to work better the more you use it – no more flaky nose 🙂
